Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Are there any curfew or late return restrictions?
No, there are no time restrictions. Guests receive access codes at check-in.

Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes, all rooms feature a private en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and shower shampoo. Please note that some rooms do not have a bidet.

Do the rooms have a balcony?
Yes, all rooms have a private balcony.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms.

Are rooms cleaned during the stay?
Rooms are tidied daily. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. American Express is not accepted.

Is a deposit required for direct bookings?
Yes, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a direct booking.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free up to 10 days before arrival. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

Is a non-refundable rate available?
Yes, we offer a 10% discounted non-refundable rate, which requires full prepayment and does not allow cancellations or refunds. This rate can be booked up to 10 days before arrival.

Is the tourist tax included in the price?
No, the tourist tax is not included and must be paid separately in accordance with local regulations.
PROPERTY RULES
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Guests may smoke on the balconies only.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome with a supplement of €7 per day per pet.
For stays longer than 7 nights, a fixed fee of €40 per pet applies.

Is there a kitchen available for guest use?
The property does not provide a guest kitchen.
A tea & herbal tea area with a microwave is available in the common area.
Additionally, each room is equipped with a coffee machine for your convenience.
Guests may also use the outdoor seating area with tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying takeaway meals.
